History and timeline
1969 Nippon Pipeline Services (NPS) was founded as the exclusive distributor in Japan for Knapp Polly Pig Inc (Headquarters: United States), in Minami Magome, Otaku, Tokyo. Since its foundation, NPS has actively promoted the expanded use of Poly Pigs by various industries in Japan.
1975 NPS relocated its headquarters to Sanno, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
1988 NPS became the exclusive distributor in Japan of Pipeline Inspection Company Inc. for its products, including Holiday Detectors, Pig Locators, etc.
1990 NPS became a Japanese distributor of Maloney Technical Products Inc.
1993 NPS became the exclusive distributor in Japan of Inline Services, Inc., starting to distribute pigging systems for food and pharmaceutical products.
2009 NPS became a Japan Water Works Association (JWWA) supporting member (4th class). Membership number 413400
2010 Registered with a Construction License Governor of Tokyo (“般”-22) No. 135769
